We have a lot of exciting things coming up: ICON 2025 on October 9-10, open roles, upcoming events, and so much more!

Now, let’s dive in 👇

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!

Yes, we are listening! Based on your feedback, we’ve decided to launch a virtual + more affordable version of ICON so more of our incredible community could join.

We’re releasing to our poll respondents first because we only have a limited amount of virtual tickets available so be sure to purchase as soon as you can 😀

Here’s how it will work:

  • 🎟️ $79 for General Admission / $49 for Tech Ladies Pro Members
Grab your ticket for two days of inspiring talks, panels, and interactive sessions.

  • 📍Come and go as you please
Join any session live via Zoom - pop in for your favorite keynote, stay for the panels, or just catch the breakouts that matter most to you.

  • 📅 Full virtual agenda
All sessions are clearly timed, so you can plan your day around the talks and topics you’re most excited about.

  • 🌐 Virtual networking included
During live networking blocks, you'll have access to virtual roundtables, small-group discussions, and curated connection moments—no awkward breakout rooms here.

  • 📹 Select recordings available
Can’t make a session live? We’ll share recordings of select sessions post-event so you don’t miss the magic.

  • 🙌 Same ICON energy, wherever you are
Whether you’re dialing in from your home office, your couch, or a café, you’ll still experience the energy, insight, and connection that make ICON so special.

It’s as simple as that! Will we see you at virtual ICON 2025?

💼 OPEN ROLES

We're excited to share the new jobs - both technical and non-technical - that were posted on Tech Ladies this week! Check out all the roles on our job board and the most recent roles posted in our weekly blog below.

✨ COMPANY OF THE WEEK ✨

From our friends at Possible Finance, “We’re on a mission to help our customers and their communities unlock economic mobility for generations to come. Join the team that’s making our goal a reality.

At Possible, we’re building a new type of consumer finance company. One that helps our customers stay out of debt rather than profit from them staying in it. As a Public Benefit Corporation, it is our mission and responsibility to help communities unlock economic mobility through affordable credit products crafted to improve financial health.

Founded in 2017, our lead VCs are Canvas and Union Square Ventures. We have over 100,000 reviews on the App Store with a 4.8-star average rating.

Since our founding, we have redefined how people approach small-dollar loans—delivering over $1 billion in funding to more than 1 million customers, issuing over 4 million loans, and saving our customers more than $500 million.”

If interested, please make sure to apply to their open roles and make sure you come to their virtual event next week - the team would love to hear from you!

🤩 SUCCESS STORY OF THE WEEK 🤩

During my last job hunt I was looking for a company who did good for the world, was diverse, aligned with my ideals and was willing to take a chance on a recently retooled Data Engineer (after a decade in software). Tech Ladies’ job board led me to apply to my current role. I’m the happiest I’ve been with work in years. My team is awesome and I feel like I can make a difference in the very broken healthcare industry. I wouldn’t have found this company without Tech Ladies. Goodness knows we need more ladies and other underrepresented people in the tech world.

Shae Schenk, Senior Data QA Engineer at Komodo Health
