Hey ,

This Mother’s Day, we want to pause and say thank you to every mother in our Tech Ladies community and to every woman who plays a role in nurturing, guiding, and lifting others up. To the mothers juggling meetings with mealtimes, code reviews with bedtime stories, and career growth with caregiving, you are doing more than one full-time job, and still showing up with brilliance, drive, and strength. We see you and we’re inspired by you.

To those who are mothering in other ways such as mentors, leaders, friends, and chosen family, your care, your wisdom, and your encouragement shape the lives and careers of so many. You remind us that motherhood doesn’t always come with a title. Sometimes it’s the quiet support during hard moments, the late-night pep talks, or the fierce advocacy that helps someone else rise.

We also want to hold space for those for whom this day is complicated - those grieving, hoping, remembering, or simply navigating it in their own way. Wherever you are in your journey, we’re with you. Today is about honoring the women who make space, make change, and make us feel like we belong. Whether you’re building a family, building a career, or building up others - thank you. You make this community what it is: supportive, powerful, and deeply human.
