Empowering Women in Tech: Check Out This Week's Trailblazing ICON

In partnership with

Hey ,

In this week’s edition of Tech Ladies Talk Live, we’re sitting down with someone who’s as accomplished as she is inspiring: Dr. Janine Lee. A global leader in L&D, Janine has spent nearly two decades helping Fortune 500 companies create workplaces where people, especially women of color, feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead.

She embodies being a true force as a female leader in technology. She’s a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who’s led 100+ person transformation teams, a UC Berkeley Haas MBA and a USC Doctor of Education whose dissertation on belonging was featured in Harvard Business Review, a certified executive coach, bestselling author, martial arts black belt, and a near-death survivor who’s traveled to over 100 countries. Oh, and she’s taught over 200 students across 35 countries as an adjunct professor at some of the top universities in the world.

Her work has earned her national recognition from L’Oréal, Google, Maybelline, PG&E, and Bank of America and she’s been spotlighted by People Magazine, SF Chronicle, and more. But beyond the accolades, Janine is driven by a mission that resonates deeply with our community: to “create a world where everyone belongs” and to “inspire leaders to reach their full potential.”

Join us this week for a live conversation with Janine as she shares what it means to lead with authenticity, bounce back from setbacks, and build a career rooted in purpose.
