Last week, the NYC Tech Ladies community experienced the power of connection firsthand at an incredible event in Soho hosted by our friends at PepsiCo. This in-person event brought together women in tech from across industries for a night of connection, conversation, and learning. The event featured a dynamic panel discussion led by two inspiring women leaders, Archana and Teri, who shared their journeys, career advice, and the impact of mentorship. The evening was a reminder that building connections isn’t just about professional advancement—it’s about creating a support system that helps you navigate challenges and celebrate wins.
