That’s why we’re creating a new report focused on the state of work-life balance for women in tech. Based on the responses from our salary report, we heard that topics like flexible working location and reasonable hours were really important to our community. This report will serve as a powerful tool to empower individuals to understand how other women are finding balance, identify common struggles, and use actionable strategies. For employers, this data is invaluable in guiding policies that support retention, productivity, and employee well-being. A clear understanding of the challenges and solutions will help companies foster environments where women in tech feel valued and supported.

To deepen this conversation, we’re also hosting "Get Unstuck and Level Up Your Career: Rekindle Your Joy and Build an Extraordinary Career on Your Own Terms" next week on November 6th.
