We’re super excited to launch our 2024 Tech Ladies Work-Life Balance Report, a comprehensive exploration of how women in tech navigate the complexities of career and personal life. With data gathered from our vibrant community, this report sheds light on the challenges and opportunities that shape work-life balance in our industry. From flexible work arrangements to the critical role of boundary-setting, the findings highlight actionable ways to improve well-being, reduce stress, and foster a more inclusive workplace.
As the report reveals, 83% of respondents have considered leaving a job due to poor work-life balance, underscoring the urgency of addressing these systemic issues. We hope this report empowers both individuals and organizations to make meaningful changes. Taking care of ourselves, whether through setting boundaries or pursuing personal growth, is essential not only for our careers but also for our mental and physical health.

From the report, we know that 91% of women in tech feel stressed by the demands of their workplace and that boundaries can feel impossible to set — even when we set boundaries, self-care is a job unto itself.
