The Power of In-Person Connection - Join Us in SF and NYC!
Hey ,
In a world dominated by virtual meetings and digital connections, there’s something undeniably powerful about gathering in person. In tech, where innovation thrives on collaboration, face-to-face interactions spark creativity, build trust, and create lasting relationships that simply can’t be replicated online.
For women in tech, these connections are even more valuable. In-person events provide a supportive space to share ideas, gain inspiration, and connect with peers who understand your experiences. They’re an opportunity to break out of the routine, engage in meaningful conversations, and walk away with fresh perspectives and new allies in your career journey.
We’re thrilled to offer two upcoming in-person events designed to foster these connections. Join us in San Francisco to network, learn, and celebrate the power of women in tech, specifically senior engineering leaders, or connect with us in New York City for a discussion on how Generative AI is used now and how it will be used in the future of product development, customer relationships and forecasting.
Whether you’re looking to expand your network, gain fresh insights, or simply be part of a vibrant, supportive community, these events are for you. Let’s come together, support one another, and harness the power of connection to elevate our careers and lives.

SALARY AND BENEFITS DATA USAGE SURVEY
Transparency, fairness, and regular evaluations of pay structures are critical to ensuring that employees are compensated appropriately and competitively. Understanding the landscape of benefits and salaries can help companies attract and retain top talent while fostering loyalty and trust. To support this effort, we created our recent Salary Report and are curious to know how managers and HR leaders use this data effectively. Would you be able to take five minutes to fill out our survey to collect worthwhile data on the topic?
Your participation will help us provide actionable insights to create more equitable workplaces. Uplifting your employees is about more than perks—it’s about fostering a culture of respect, fairness, and growth. Lead with intention, and your organization will thrive.
IN-PERSON EVENTS

Join us for a night of thoughtful connections and inspirational programming with other women in tech who share your interests in San Francisco. The networking will be low-pressure, the dress code is casual, and the vibes will be 🔥.
Capacity for this event is limited. Please request an invite if you want to join us! Pro Members and Senior Engineering Leaders will be given priority, and we’ll share remaining invites on a first-come, first-serve basis. This event would not be possible without the support of our hiring partner, Metronome. Metronome helps companies accelerate their revenue by automating their billing workflows and enabling them to make pricing changes in minutes, not months.
